Through these 14 days of research, my sleep has improved, I think it has something to do with my mood during the day, I learned how to make myself feel better, don’t think about bad things, think more about good things, this It can make me sleep better and form a virtuous circle, I hope in the future I can make my mood better every day and make my life better.
