Step #8 – Fly: Next “caper” – Where will you fly next?

Through these 14 days of research, my sleep has improved, I think it has something to do with my mood during the day, I learned how to make myself feel better, don’t think about bad things, think more about good things, this It can make me sleep better and form a virtuous circle, I hope in the future I can make my mood better every day and make my life better.

    Like you said, if you wanna keep on improving your sleep then keep on doing what you were doing. Shifting to positive ways of thinking greatly influence your thoughts throughout the day and it’s amazing what it can do for you.
