This day was the most successful day of my research. During the day I had lunch and chat with my best friend. I was in a good mood all day. I also went to bed early at night and slept for 9 hours. I think my research was successful because it contrasted with the day I was at my lowest, the day when I was in a bad mood, I slept very short, the day when I was in a good mood I slept long, and I felt like I did A good change has been made.
