Step #8 – Fly: Next

I found my wellness practice was very helpful in reducing my anxiety and helping myself relax more, something I never gave much time for. My plan for the future is to continue with my walks, which I found helped me relax the most. I will also make sure to push myself to take breaks to ensure I take care of myself.
