Step #5

In my get cape project, I noticed that my anxiety level increased on the days that I did not meditate properly. On the flip slide, I felt less anxious on the days when I fully meditated for 10 minutes. I concluded that due to mediation I felt calm, relaxed and stress-free. It also brought a positive attitude, mindfulness and soothed mind and body.
