STEP #4 – Wear Cape: Halfway

In the comix above the stick figure just woke up and is drinking her morning coffee. She feels a lot better than she did the previous week, hence her smiling. She has her gym bag in her hand and ready to go to the gym and has a very positive mindset making sure her anxiety does not take over again.
