This is a visual of me on the first day of the get cape project. I chose to meditate and thinking of my breathing for 10 minutes as my mindfulness activity to relieve my anxiety. this went very well and I felt better by the end of it. The only difficulty I had was trying to stay on track and think about my breathing and repeating my breathing sentences.
