STEP #2 – GET CAPE: PREPARING FOR CHANGE

In order to set myself up for success in achieving my goal of turning my phone off for 2 hours 7 days a week, I will have to set an alarm to remind myself. I have also taken advantage of the focus feature on my phone, which allows me to stop receiving notifications when I’m studying. This will get me used to not looking at my phone as often. I hope this helps me relieve my anxiety and stay productive!

    I love the silencing of the notifications and using a timer. I am also addicted to my phone it’s hard.

    • It was really tough! I don’t think my addiction to my phone has gone down at all, but the silencing of notifications helped me not check it so often and felt relieved when I turned it off.
