Step #2: Preparing for a change

I drew a phone screen with three alarms that would remind me to take five minutes and meditate. I believe this is a good first step to make meditation a new habit and apart of my daily routine.

  3. This is a clever way to show your schedule for meditating. What are you measuring three times a day? Happiness? or Anxiety? or Fatigue?
