Sleep is something that has always been important to me but I’ve struggled with sleeping for a very long time. I have really bad anxiety and I’m always stressed out about something small or big, the big reason why I can’t ever sleep well is I overthink about everything that happened throughout the day. I chose sleep & anxiety because being the two biggest things I struggle with I want to really focus on how sleep can affect my anxiety throughout the day and how anxiety can effect my sleep
