For the past month I have been feeling overwhelmed, anxious and stress with all of the things that I have to get done or do during the week. I tend to forget to do self-care activities and that it’s okay to say no to plans or extra shifts for work. For the next 14 days I will be practicing distressing and watching if my level of anxiety changes.
