Step#4-Halfway

As a stick figure first starting my workout by doing chest press with 115 on each side and I slowly decided to move to dumbbells with 35 on each side. I feel like I improved on my body a lot because my goal was to workout 30 minutes 3 times a week but I’ve been working out 1 hour four 4 times a week
