Step3: First Day

I was pretty excited and nervous at the same time because doing exercise for an hour is quite ambitious. So, I woke up early in the morning had my coffee and I went to the gym. After reaching there I met with my instructor and told her about this 14 days activity. She was quite enthusiastic after listening to me and we made a 14 days challenge chart and then She started training me. We did a bunch of simple mat workout exercises and some weight lifting as well. After my session I really felt elated and confident. I was so much of fun.
