This wellness project really helped me and is something I can now use in the future. When I am full of anxiety I now have a solution and that is meditating and focusing on my breathing exercise.

    Great comic! Sometimes we as humans forget to do the simplest things, like breathing, to calm us down when we feel anxious. It’s great to see that you were able to find something like meditating to help and I also have found the same thing and finding the same results.
