Step #8 – Fly: Next “caper” – Where will you fly next?

I am glad to learn a healthy coping strategy to manage my stress and anxiety. I am still applying this method daily to find a balanced life pace. I would incorporate this method in the future and hope to involve weight training in my wellness project.

    I love your comic drawing, the figure looks so proud and adorable. I like how you used the words “balanced paced life” because that is a great way to thin of life. We need balance in our lives for everything, like working hard and having fun because too much of anything can turn into a bad thing. With pace, always go at your own and never feel like you are behind in life by comparing yourself to others! Only compare yourself to previous versions of yourself and be proud of who you are. Good luck with adding more good habits into your life.
