After studying this wellness practice, I have decided to continue with my sleeping plan as it made me more energetic at work. To do this my goal is to sleep around 10:30 PM and wake up at 6:30 AM.

    Building consistency with sleeping is truly amazing for your body. It gets used to waking up and going to sleep at doing at the same time everyday helps you feel well rested. Good luck with continuing this.
