My best day for my wellness practice was on a Wednesday where I was able to begin and finish off at the intended time. I was really happy and proud of myself that day for completing the practice neatly. Even before I began my exercise that day, I remember being a little more eager than usual to do it, maybe that could have contributed to the completion of my wellness practice that day.
