Step 6 – Flop? Hardest day

There was one day at work where I encountered a very angry and flustered customer. As part of customer service, every staff members are expected to keep a smile on their faces, regardless of any difficult situations we may be in that involves a customer. On the day this happened, I remember it affecting the course of my day and mindset. Even after practicing gratitude and writing down my thanks, I felt pessimistic, sad and I possessed negative energy.
