    You have great comics and it’s really good to see that you are starting a new wellness practice! You will definitely feel the burn and soreness in the first 2 weeks in the gym but don’t stop. Be consistent, eat well (depending on your goal), set goals and you will feel and see the results as long as you are patient. Good luck!
