As a person preoccupied with anxiety, this journey has helped me develop a healthy coping strategy to manage my stress. After achieving the wellness project’s goal, I learn to concentrate on the current plan and finish the tasks accordingly. A regular exercise schedule increases my ability to manage anxiety and helps me to find a sense of calmness.
