At first, just looking at my data, I thought my numbers were so random that my results wouldn’t say that my happiness improved. After plugging in all the numbers and seeing my graph, I was relieved and glad to see that my happiness did improve by a significant amount.

Thats right , measuring our mood it really confuses us but after putting the data in order and getting the result was satisfying .having a conclusion or a result was just like putting a cherry on the top of the cake.
