I was super worried at the beginning. The idea of keeping track of my anxiety levels, doing my practices and doing them right made me anxious. After getting to the halfway point I feel that I have grasped the concept, and I’m starting to see results, less sad and able to take the positives from even the worst days.

Yes, I agree! It is scary facing the magnitude of our anxiety at the beginning but then you realize it can be controlled, awesome!
