On my first day of the wellness practice I’m meditating, my goal is to meditate anywhere between 5-10 minutes every weekday for the next 14 days, Im having a difficult time trying to calm my mind and get it to the meditative state so my brain is a little jumbled.

the most difficult thing to do ever is calm your mind because it always runs with millions of thoughts and the one who get to know how to control their minds , they can /could become saints,but that needs a years of practice .– 🙂
