So, in this comic I have tried to portray all the activities that I need to do prior and after setting my goals. So the prior list consists of the weekly time table, reminders and to do lists whereas all these reminders include the activities I am going to do in the next 14 days such as yoga, walking and being regular with gym and workouts.
