This image represents the feelings of stress and anxiety i get when I’m sitting at my desk alone just trying to get myself to focus on all the work i need to do and all the stuff i have to remember for tests and quizzes. My head feels full and i can hear my heart racing. I’m looking to practice meditation in my daily life and monitor how it affects my feelings of stress and anxiety.
