Step #4 – Halfway (7th Day)

I was having a hard time remembering to take breaks, as much as I tried to put mental reminders for myself. I made a point to start setting alarms on my phone like I do with other tasks in my day to keep myself organized as a reminder to relax. I don’t have a time frame of how long I spend relaxing, I just let the time flow and continue working when I am ready.

    Oh! I understand. I am a very forgetful person, I always take notes and make reminders and alarms for what I need to get done 😅.
