Recently I have joined as an employee. It has been an advantage to do exercise as my wellness practice and my body is all ready both mentally snd physically to do some hardwork. Now i am thinking of adopting any other wellness practice that I do less,eg(lessening free tym or having enogh sleep. All were helathy habits so why not try all.

Congrats on your job! It’s awesome to see that you want to still add more healthy habits. You mentioned getting enough sleep which is huge especially when you are working. Try going to sleep and waking up at the same time while getting at least 7-9 hours of sleep to feel rested and energized throughout the day. Add new, good habits slowly and do them everyday to live a healthier life if that is what you strive for. Good luck!
