On the left side of my comic, I drew myself feeling tranquil while doing my first yoga practice. On the right side of my comic, it shows me three hours later feeling very overwhelmed. While I was practicing yoga, it made me feel very calm and content. I was able to be in the moment and forget about the things that were causing me stress. I noticed, however, that once I got back to dealing with the stressors, the anxious feelings crept back and by a few hours later I found myself in a state of panic.
