The first day of the research, getting used to the new habit of practicing gratitude in the morning, noon and bedtime was challenging. I woke up and I had forgotten to write down five things I was grateful for. Unintentionally, I have been waking up everyday just five to ten minutes before eight in the morning. In order to get in the routine of writing it down, I had set up an alarm every 8am, noon and 10pm every day. This way, I know I will have the consistency, as well as, reminders about the research.
