A couple of months ago, I received bad news from my doctor. This news has taken a significant toll on my mental health. I often find myself focusing on the negative parts of my day and having feelings of sadness. For my wellness practice, I chose gratitude; I think that putting energy into the positive aspects of my day will redirect my thoughts in a good way and distract me from dwelling on the negative.
