Step #1 – Back story

As the oldest child, growing up was difficult. I gained over 20 pounds when diagnosed with asthma. I did start taking care of myself recently and lost almost then pounds but my journey isn’t over. I want to keep working on myself.

    Being the oldest or first child, especially of immigrant parents is always so difficult. I grew up with health restrictions and conditions that my parents didn’t really understand. It is so important that we learn to take care of ourselves.
