Moving forward, I plan to spend more time doing relaxing wellness practices. Although my data didn’t show a significant decrease in my anxiety over the course of the 14 days, I do think practicing relaxation techniques has a lot of potential to improve mental health. One of the issues that I encountered with the effectiveness of my wellness practice was that I was only doing yoga for 10 minutes each day which was not long enough to fully relax my mind. Therefore, next time I will try practicing a relaxation technique for a longer period in hopes that it will be more successful.
