The comic is visualizing my current situation about getting stressed by thinking of many factors of life such as career, job, studying, health, work. These mentioned issues effecting my sleep and leading to insomnia & I am also finding difficulty how to manage time for every important practice to keep myself healthy mentally, socially & economically.

STEP #1 – BACK STORY

The comic depicts a person stressing & sweating by thinking about various of the present & future.

The picture shows two person before and after preparing for the wellness practice. The first person is looking stressed while holding his head in anxiety and the preparations done for the wellness practice. The picture also visualize the equipment to use for exercising and clock to stay punctual. the second person on the right hand side looks happy & distressed after practicing wellness practice.

STEP #2 – GET CAPE: PREPARING FOR CHANGE

The photo depicts the difference in my mood before and after preparing for change and practicing wellness exercise.

The image depicts me curious about the first day of the wellness practice. To relax and calm the mind I will be performing breathing in and out practice for five minutes at three different times which is 9 am, 2pm & 9pm.

STEP #3 – WEAR CAPE: FIRST DAY

The comic depicts how a person has planned wellness practice to get relief from anxiety by doing breathing practice.

The stick person is sitting and looking tired in the morning. After doing wellness practice by doing breathing exercise a person is looking cheerful and stress free.

Step #4 Wear Cape: Halfway (7th Day)

The stick person did breathing exercise as a wellness practice for anxiety.

There is collected data shown shown in two different graphs of wellness practice to reduce the anxiety. The first stick figure person visualizes me confused because of anxiety. After doing the wellness practice which was breathing for 5 minutes three times a day for 18 days did not make remarkable difference in my anxiety level may be because I did not choose effective practice. But I\'m still feeling little better as compare to earlier condition.

Step #5 – Show me the Data!

The comic depicts a graph of recorded data for 18 days and the stick figures are showing the difference in mood over time.

The stick person defines how exhausted it was to perform wellness practice on the day of Feb 17 because I was at work for the whole entire day and I was also havinf mid term for my other course on Feb 18 due to which I didnot slept well, Due to that I missed the wellness practice that day and when I tried to do in the evening, I fell asleep on my study stable.

Step #6 Wear Cape- Flop? Hardest Day

The stick person shows how exhausting it was to work & prepare for the midterm and collect the data from wellness practice after a long day.

The stick person depicts how relax it is after performing wellness practice for 18 days & thinking what next should be done to keep mind away from anxiety and work calmly to achieve the new heights.

Step #7 Fly! Highest Height

The comic visualize my story that how to continue to stay away from anxiety and maintain it because now it makes me feel better.

The stick person is exited about the future after doing the welness practice for more than 14 days and now ready for the fututre to stay away from the anxiety and continue the wellness practice to stay mentally healthy.

Step 8 – Next “caper”

The comic shows the excited person about his future to fly high and keep the helpful wellness practices continue in the future.
