Previously, I worked on meditation which increased my level of happiness and stability in my life. Thus this is inspiring me to fly over to do Yoga next time. By doing this wellness practice, I want to increase my Energy level because this will make my muscles strengthen so I will get less fatigued as well as make me more engaged with nature.

Amazing to see that you have your next goal planned already. If you’re looking to be more engaged in nature while doing it, then try doing it outside. The fresh air will be great for your lungs since you will be spending a lot of time focusing on your breathe. Good luck!
