Step#5- Show Me the Data! My Conclusion is

Before starting my wellness practice I use to remain sad and all stressful. I become panicked easily when I face a little problem but somehow I want to change this habit. I probably used to think that it Didn’t work in 2 Weeks but honestly it worked higher than my expectations. It’s true that my stress level decreases and I try to remain happy in every situation. In the Figure also after 14 days, I look so happy and relaxed.
