During the pandemic, I became stressed which had an impact both on my physical and mental wellbeing. As I have to remain at home all the time, balancing work and assignments load became very difficult for me. I started experiencing mood swings and depression, as a result of which my craving for junk food increased as well. Resultingly, I put on weight which made me feel anxious about my appearance. So, now I have decided to exercise daily for at least 30 minutes( yoga, cardio) to become healthy both from mind and body and to rejuvenate my mood.
