I have noticed that I often prioritize other tasks over my physical and mental health, which, makes me feel burned out and dissatisfied with my efforts of healthy living. Therefore, I have decided to dedicate 20 minutes each day to do yoga. I believe this light exercise combined with meditation will help me wind down and prevent me from spiralling.
