As I ride off the heels of this successful study I wonder whats next for me in wellness practices. I believe that it’s just the beginning. I want to continue meditating after discovering the huge positive effect it can have on my anxiety, but I also want to do other things like begin working out more often and writing to-do lists for the day. The skies the limit!

It is just the beginning! We are still so young in our lives so keep on adding those healthy habits like you said and your older self will appreciate it so much once you start. Don’t worry about doing it all at once. Just plan it out, make schedules that work for you and stay consistent with your goals. Good luck!
