Moving forward, I’ve realized that though keeping up with mindfulness as a meditation practice every night was difficult, I do need to take some time for myself before bed, rather than working hard and stressing right up until my head hits the pillow. So here, I have a book with some gentle music playing and the TV OFF.

I do believe something very magical can happen when you read a good book. I also love reading books and it is really enjoyable.
