As I have completed my wellness practice there are some changes in my life. Now I am feeling relaxed and healthy. It helped me to build strong bones, as it is a weight-bearing exercise. In the future, I will fly to increase my running time.

This is a great idea. After you start running for a while, you will be shocked by your first time and last time. The results will be so different that you won’t even realize but stay at it consistently. Good luck!
