After this project, I found that it really works for me. For the future, I would focus on my body. I will join a gym for 2 months and have my proper diet for better results. I would be happy to be healthier.

Great to see that you already know what to do next. Don’t just go for 2 months though, go consistently and whenever you can. If you are just planning on seeing how you’re doing though in 2 months then of course good luck with that. Take a picture of you starting and you will be shocked by the results come 2 months time.
