I have ace the wellness plan. I am moving on to my next goal which is wake up before 7 am in the morning. I realized that healthy is also important for myself.

Amazing to see that you are still continuing to create goals for yourself. Waking up in the morning but seem hard but it has so many benefits. You can get more done earlier and have more time to relax later in the day so good luck!
