My comic shows the first day when I started doing the physical workout. On the very first day, I was very excited about this new activity, so I started my day with 10 minutes warm-up followed by 20 minutes of yoga and cardio exercises. After the workout, I feel very refreshed and energetic the whole day. As a result, my happiness level was also high.
