Step #6 – Flop! – My Hardest Day

I remember that my hardest day showed on my data was on Feb 18th as I have to prepare for my Crim 1101 test. I had to read four chapters and go over a bunch of notes for having a good grade on it, so I am unable to schedule for my exercising time and measuring happiness.

    Thank you for being honest about your hardest date. My hardest day was also due to heavy coursework combined with studying for midterms.
