I am so sad that I didn’t start this psychological practice earlier because all this time, the answer to dealing with my anxiety was starting my day early instead of always sleeping in.
My life will be forever changed for the absolute better now that I have discovered this! I plan to continue waking up at 8:00 am every day but I also am now planning to change it to waking up at 7:00 am instead! That is my next plan.
