Step #5 – Show Me the Data! – My Conclusion

When I was preparing to analyze the data I had collected, I wasn’t quite sure what I was expecting to discover in the results. It turns out that my wellness practice (recalling 5 positive things from the day every day) slightly reduced my anxiety levels over the 14 day period! Though it was a small change, I was still happy and intrigued by the final results. 🙂
