During the half way point it was starting to feel easier to add this habit into my schedule even though some days were busy then others.I also enjoyed disconnecting with my phone for a bit. Lately I have felt more calm and less anxious then I have in weeks.

yeah, I agree with you as the phone is the greatest distraction in almost all of our lives. I appreciate your will that you decided to cut off your connection with your phone. It needs a lot of grudges
