On my fourth day of the practice, after doing it for 7 days. I noticed a different amount of changes each day some days i’d still be tired no matter how long I slept, and some days I would be fully energized and aware. However, the last 2 days have been rough as I haven’t been able to really practice my wellness practice as intended. I’ve been finding it extremely hard to sleep and on both occasions, i fell asleep around 5 am. Otherwise, the days that i was able to get some sleep and practice my wellness practice i noticed boosts in my overall mood and work ethic throughout the day, i might fix my sleeping problem with incorporating exercise before i sleep instead of mid day.
