IThis one represents the current stage of my wellness practice. After seven days of performing my wellness practice, I’ve seen a significant improvement in my everyday life even though it’s still hectic a little! My anxiety was high, and my productivity suffered as a result. But, since I said that I would start going to the gym, everything has changed. I feel a lot happier and more at ease when I’m at the gym. Then, when I go home, I’m more productive; I finish my projects on time, use my phone, incredibly social media less, and eat healthily at least once a day. I’m more present and appreciate the small things when I used to take the negative side of everything without life, such as the sun and spending time with family.
