This is a picture of me meditating and using my breathing words to calm my anxiety. Throughout the whole process of doing my meditating every day 3 times a day, it has brought down my anxiety. on the side, it shows my improvements and how it changed to become better and my results are showing up even better. I’ve been doing the same breathing activity and it’s gotten easier to concentrate every day. The only time I’m having difficulties is in the middle of the day and trying to make time for it.
